So after a couple of hours thinking of options, this is what I came up with and its been working fine through several restart/reboots:ġ- Do not deny access to the Realtek folder. This extended the boot time and increased hard drive thrashing. I learned this from the Events tab in the properties dialogue. The solution in this thread, to deny access to the Realtek folder worked for me, but on every restart/reboot Windows would try to install the driver, fail because folder access was denied, then re-install the Microsoft driver. This is also my first post on these forums. I found this thread when Googling for possible solutions. Apologies for reviving an old thread, I've been having problems with the Realtek audio driver for a couple of weeks, there are very distracting and annoying volume changes caused by some auto level control in the driver that cannot be disabled, so I've been trying to get rid of the POS for the past couple of weeks but it keeps coming back with every restart.

The Bar Crenn space also underwent a dramatic redesign thanks to production designer Ethan Tobman, who Crenn met while she was consulting on the darkly humorous satire The Menu. Per the release, the cocktails reflect Crenn’s reputation for “unparalleled presentation and innovative flavor profiles.” As with the food, the drinks will also use ingredients from Bleu Belle Farm in Sonoma, which will be “expressed in housemade juices, teas, fermentations, and distillations.” The bar’s cocktail list comes from Bay Area-based beverage writer and consultant Virginia Miller, longtime San Francisco bartender Christopher Longoria, and the Bar Crenn team. The Bar Crenn Snack Menu ($125) includes “five luxurious and playful small bites, both savory and sweet,” all of which are designed to pair with wine, spirits, and cocktails. Now, almost exactly five years after the bar and restaurant’s opening in 2018, Bar Crenn is rolling out a new menu. |
